A two spin rule will be in effect during all races at any Tour event where 39 cars or less are competing. A two spin rule is in effect during Tour “A” feature events, regarless of car count. During a red flag situation, driver will not be charged with a yellow flag if stopping to avoid a wreck, unless directly involved.
